With more than two decades of real estate experience under her belt, Mary Laughlin Fenton of Quapaw Real Estate brings to the table the type of heightened expertise that comes from a career of wearing many hats. An entrepreneur by nature, Mary’s professional experiences in a number of industries have honed and strengthened the business development, marketing, and customer service skills that have helped establish her as one of the leaders in the real estate market.
Mary’s real estate experiences began when she worked for a commercial developer in her hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas, which led to her opening her own brokerage that focused on commercial sales and high-end renovations. Upon moving to San Francisco in the mid-90s, she had successful stints in the tech startup arena before re-entering real estate. Today, she specializes in residential and income properties.
It’s no wonder Mary has been described as a jack of all trades. Her years of experience have given her the ability to accurately assess people’s skills and interests, and to recognize that each real estate scenario is as different as each client. Mostly, she’s a problem solver who’s skilled at capitalizing on opportunities and at guiding clients through the real estate process with professionalism, enthusiasm, tenacity, and loyalty.
As a long-time philanthropist, Mary believes strongly in compassionately contributing to the community. She donates her time and money to many causes including SF Zoo, Junior League of San Francisco, Conservation International, Symphonix, Children of Shelters, St. Vincent de Paul, Pi Beta Phi, Home Story, Campaign Arkansas-a Billion Dollar capital campaign.
We are proud to have helped so many in their journey here, and we value the trust our clients place in our relationships.
